About the doctor
Pavels Nazarovs is a physiotherapist and trainer with a solid professional education and a modern clinical approach. In his work he combines modern physiotherapy methods, gentle manual and myofascial techniques, and individually selected exercises and breathing practices.
He specialises in treating pain syndromes and functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system, recovery after injuries and surgery, and neurological rehabilitation. He works not only with symptoms but with the cause of the pain, paying attention to posture, gait, muscle imbalances and the overall condition of the body.

What to expect at the appointment
The appointment begins with a consultation and functional diagnostics of the musculoskeletal system: the physiotherapist finds out what is troubling you and assesses your posture, gait, joint mobility and the condition of your muscles.
An individual programme is then put together: gentle manual and myofascial techniques, therapeutic exercise, breathing exercises and, where needed, taping. The load is adapted to your age and state of health.
- Individual approach. The programme is built around the cause of the pain, not just the symptoms.
- Gentle techniques. The work is based on gentle manual and myofascial methods.
- Exercises for home. The physiotherapist teaches safe movement and independent exercises you can do at home.
Pavels explains what the diagnostics showed and answers your questions.

- your joint mobility is limited or your muscles have lost elasticity;
- you need neurological rehabilitation, for example after a stroke;
