TERMS OF USE
1. General information
These terms of use set out how services are provided and paid for on the website operated by:

Hereinafter – the Service Provider.
By using this website and making a payment, the Client confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.
2. Description of services
The Service Provider offers medical services, including but not limited to:

family doctor consultations,

home visits,
-
remote consultations,
-
other healthcare services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
The specific content, price and method of providing each service are stated in the description of that service on the website.
3. Prices and payment
3.1. Service prices are stated in euros (EUR).
3.2. Payments are made online using:

bank payments (payment initiation),
-
payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
3.3. Payments are processed by a licensed payment service provider. The Service Provider does not store the Client’s payment card details.
4. Provision of services
4.1. The service is provided after payment has been successfully received.
4.2. The time and form of the medical service are agreed with the Client individually.
4.3. A service is considered provided at the moment it has actually been performed.
5. Cancellation and refunds
5.1. The Client has the right to cancel a service by notifying the Service Provider in good time.
5.2. A refund is possible only if the service has not been provided.
5.3. If the service has been provided in full or in part, no refund is made.
5.4. Where a refund applies, it is made to the same payment method that was used for the payment.
5.5. If a remote consultation is cancelled, the payment is refunded as follows:
• cancellation at least 14 days in advance — 100%;
• cancellation less than 14 days but at least 24 hours in advance — 50%;
• cancellation less than 24 hours before the consultation, or failure to attend — no refund.
5.6. To request a refund, the patient must send a written request to [email protected]. If a refund is approved, the funds are returned to the same payment method used for the payment within 7 (seven) business days.
6. Limitation of liability
6.1. The services provided are informational and medical, but do not guarantee a specific treatment outcome.
6.2. The Service Provider is not liable for the Client’s state of health if the Client has not provided complete or truthful information.
7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. All disputes are resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
