*Cancellation refunds:
• 14 days or more in advance — in full;
• less than 14 days but at least 24 hours in advance — 50%;
• less than 24 hours in advance or no-show — no refund.
The receipt for your insurance company arrives by e-mail after payment. Reimbursement depends on your policy terms (Balta, Seesam, BTA).
