Kristine Sroslova is a massage therapist who provides classic, lymphatic drainage, myofascial and children’s massage (from 3 months of age), as well as chest massage. She sees patients at our clinic and, by arrangement, makes home visits in Riga and the surrounding area.
About the specialist
Kristine Sroslova provides several types of therapeutic massage for adults and children, choosing the technique and intensity individually according to the patient’s condition, complaints and needs.
In her practice she combines classic massage techniques with myofascial methods and trigger point therapy. This approach makes it possible to work with muscle tension, restricted mobility of the tissues, localized sore areas and a feeling of stiffness.
Kristine also provides classic massage for children from 3 months of age and chest massage, which, when there are no contraindications, can be used as part of a comprehensive approach to coughs and some respiratory conditions.
For patients who prefer to have a massage at home, a home visit by the massage therapist is available in Riga and the Riga area by prior arrangement.

What a session is like
Before the massage, Kristine asks about your complaints, how you are feeling and any possible contraindications, and then chooses a suitable technique and intensity. During the session, classic massage techniques, myofascial work and work on trigger points can be combined.
- Chosen individually. The technique, intensity and length of the massage depend on your condition and goals.
- Comfort. Special attention is paid to your comfort and to choosing the right intensity.
- Children’s massage from 3 months. It takes into account the child’s age, individual characteristics and the sensitivity of the tissues; before the massage, the child’s well-being and any contraindications are checked.
- Chest massage. It works on the muscles of the chest and improves the mobility of the tissues; whether it is suitable is decided individually.
If you have chronic conditions, injuries, recent surgery or other conditions that may matter for massage, please tell the therapist in advance.
When to see a massage therapist
It is worth booking a massage if you are bothered by:
- tension in the muscles of the back, neck or shoulder girdle;
- stiffness and tired muscles;
- discomfort after long periods of sitting at work;
- muscle tension after physical exertion;
- localized sore and tense areas of muscle, trigger points;
- restricted mobility and a feeling of tension in the soft tissues;
- a feeling of heaviness and swelling, for which lymphatic drainage massage may be recommended;
- the need for classic children’s massage from 3 months of age or chest massage.
Massage is also a good choice if you want to reduce muscle tension and improve your general physical well-being.
